The Importance of Valid Email Addresses

In order to protect our email sending reputation — and hence the integrity of the service — any email address that is returned as undeliverable (hard bounce) is logged so that it cannot be used again.

When you register, your service is not activated until you verify your email address. If our verification email fails with a hard bounce, you can’t use that email address and need to enter a new one. Naturally, it’s of paramount importance that your email address is valid and operational; otherwise, we won’t be able to send you alert reminders.
