Frequently Asked Questions
We store your messages using industry standard 256 bit encryption. This includes the text of the message, the subject of the message, and the recipients. Your messages are decrypted only when you are editing them, or if your messages need to be sent to your recipients. These processes are handled automatically by the system. We have no direct access to your messages.
In addition, you can use another service or application to encrypt your messages before saving them in your account. It would then be your responsibility to ensure that your recipient has the proper decryption key.
We use Stripe as our payment processor, so you can use the most popular cards: Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
Last Landing does not store any sensitive financial information such as credit card numbers, debit card numbers, bank information, etc.
Yes. You can deactivate the service for a length of time that you specify - for instance if you're going to be away somewhere and can't deal with notifications. During this time, we don't send any reminders to you nor any messages to your recipients. At the end of the time-off period, we automatically reactivate the service for you. This ensures that even if something happens to you during the time-off period, your recipients will still receive their intended messages.
