About Subscriptions
When you sign up for Last Landing, you are subscribed to our Stay Well plan with a trial period. The length of the trial period depends on whether you opt for a six month subscription or for one year. The annual interval offers more savings. A subscription renews automatically. No credit card info is required to sign up.

Managing your subscription
Once you've signed up, you can manage your subscription in your account settings. All account management regarding payments and subscriptions (updates to credit cards, etc.) is handled by our payment processor Stripe using their customer portal.
Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
Last Landing does not store any sensitive financial information such as credit card numbers, debit card numbers, bank information, etc.
How to cancel your subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, sign in, go to account settings and click Manage. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal. When you cancel your subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current subscription period.
